I found the DiSC profiles link while finishing the Destiny Dashboard class online. I purchased a profile for me and then decided it would be a good tool option for my business. So I purchased another profile, using the same link I found for me. This caused me to start communicating with the support line, whose name is Melody Mitchell. The only way I can communicate with the 7M University is through email. I ask a question and wait for it to be answered. I then asked if I could make more profile purchases for some of my other clients in my sphere of influence. I have spent $451.50 for these profiles alone. This process has taken months to complete. During this back and forth some of my questions were lost and I had to re-ask them and wait again for a reply. I asked for a phone number to speed up the conversation, but none was given. There is no way I can use this process for other conferences that last only one or two hours. So, I would not be able to offer this resource as an optional tool for my business. I am only using it as a final culmination of analysis for the coursework I have completed to solidify the foundation for my classes from the 7M University. It serves the purpose for which it was designed, which is to profile only the user taking the course.
I would like to be able to have my business as a group on the My Everything DiSC site so that I can create other users or groups underneath my business. Then I can offer these profiles as an 'On Demand' option for my classes. It makes no sense for me to invite others on the site to compare my results that I don't know, may never meet or do business with. It makes more sense to invite people that I know or have in my network, or have done business with to compare profiles. And not everyone may want to compare themselves with the entire group. They may want to compare themselves to other certain individuals that challenge them. But as the facilitator, the final group report has great value. It is clear and concise, it's excellent to use as a quick reference when speaking.
This is a great resource, but with very limited usage capabilities.
